Hope everyone is having a great 2019 season. We have several great events coming up in our area. Please see below for more information:

1. Please note below that the date has changed for the Education Seminar at Grandfather in September. Also, we are excited to have joined forces with the Mountain's Chapter, so the golf portion in the afternoon is officially the Mountain’s Chapter Pro-Assistant.

Description: Pete Gerdon, Head Superintendent at Grandfather Golf & CC, will be joined by Ben Barnes, Golf Operations Director at Mountaintop Golf & LC, to discuss the keys to strong relationships with Golf Professional Staffs. AJ Sikula (Head Professional at Grandfather Golf & CC) will moderate a conversation exploring the best practices around building an alliance with your superintendent that will lead to a positive work environment and a great Member experience.

2. Greensboro National Pro-Am benefiting the First Responders of North Carolina - October 7

The Greensboro National Pro-Am benefitting the First Responders of North Carolina is an excellent opportunity for you to compete against some of the top Professionals of the Carolinas Section while, at the same time, having an opportunity to support the first responders. As a participant, not only will you be able to play for one of, if not, the largest one day Pro-Am purses in the section, the winning professional has the opportunity to designate half of the proceeds raised by the event to the first responders in his or her area.

3. Tennis to Tent to Tee - September 22-23, 2019 - Pinehurst, NC - The Piedmont Triad Chapter of the JDRF is hosting their second annual event to benefit research for curing Type 1 diabetes. Join for this event at Pinehurst Resort for some tennis, golf, and great food! CLICK HERE to Learn More.
